If you find that every time you play a hole where the tee shot location is moved to another tee location when you look at your round, this will most likely be a course mapping error. The tee you are playing from might not be mapped and the system is moving your shot to the nearest mapped tee location.
Please contact us at support@shotscope.com and let us know the following information:
- Name of course
- Location of course
- Hole number that you are having the issue
- The email address associated with your account
We will then get that tee mapped so your shots will be accurate going forward.
