To access the settings section of the device follow these instructions:
1) Switch the device on by pressing the top left button.
2) Unlock the device by pressing the bottom left button.
3) Press the bottom right button until "Settings" shows on the screen. Press the top right button to enter this section.
The different settings are as follows:
'Units' - You can see whether your device is set to yards or meters. Click here to find out how to change your unit of measurement on the device.
‘Time’ – You can change how the time is displayed on your device, from 24hr to 12hr. Click here to find out how to change how the time is displayed on your device.
'Putting' - You can see if your putting mode is set to automatic or manual. Click here to find out how to change your putting mode.
‘Hand’ – You can change your device to match which way you play golf; right-handed or left-handed. Click here to find out how to change hand settings.
‘Tags’- This is a diagnostic tool we have added to test whether a tag is being detected by the device within the recommended 8-10cm range of the tag.
‘Bluetooth’ – This setting shows whether you are currently connected to your Shot Scope app on mobile or tablet.
‘Firmware’ – This setting shows what firmware your device is currently running.
‘Btn Lock’ – You can change whether your screen locks after 30 seconds or whether it stays unlocked. It is automatically enabled to stop any random button presses occurring. However, if you want to change this please click here for instructions for disabling button lock.
‘Show Club’ – You can change whether the last tag we have detected appears on screen or not when playing. Click here for instructions on disabling show club when playing.
