What should I do if my club make or model isn’t available for selection in the My Bag feature?

The Shot Scope team works continuously to keep the club database up to date. However, if your club make or model isn’t listed when creating a club in the My Bag feature, you can request for it to be added.

To request a club addition:

Please email support@shotscope.com with the following details:

• Make of the club (e.g. Titleist, Callaway)
• Model of the club (e.g. T200, Rogue ST Max)
• Club type (e.g. 7 iron, 3 wood, putter)

Once received, we’ll aim to add your club to the system as quickly as possible so you can complete your bag setup and start tracking performance accurately.
