How to Test Your Tags with the H4 Device

If you're experiencing issues with your H4 device not detecting tags, follow these steps to test whether your tags are working properly:

1. Access the "Tag Read" Section:

   • Open the settings on your H4 device.

   • Navigate to the "Tag Read" section.

2. Test the Tags:

   • To test your tags, tap the tag against the H4 device. Unlike the watches, the H4 requires physical contact with the tag to be detected.

   • Test a few tags and check if they are detected by the device.

3. Check for Detection:

   • After testing, review the results on your H4. If the tags are working correctly, they should show as detected.
