I’ve forgotten my password for my account, how do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password you can use our 'Forgotten Password' function on dashboard or our 'Cannot Sign In' function on mobile.

To obtain a password reset email through our mobile app, please click on the 'Cannot Sign in' text on the home screen of the mobile app. You will be taken to a webpage on our dashboard. Please input your email address and click 'SEND', this will generate a password reset email to be sent to your inbox. Please note the password reset email can sometimes go to your junk or spam folder so please check those as well.

Please input your email address and click 'SEND', this will generate a password reset email to be sent to your inbox.
